[sharechat] Spectrum

Anybody following this company?

I notice today their 100% owned subsidiary Kinetiq [previously Wel
Technology] has just successfully sold their energy management software to
TXU networks in Victoria. Check out the web page for this Texas based NYSE
listed company
http://www.txu.com/ <http://www.txu.com/> This is a major international
company and SPE's hookup with them must be very good news. I'm surprised the
market here hasn't reacted more strongly although both the head share and
options were up marginally today.
Interestingly it appears also that the options will have their exercise date
pushed forward by a couple of years and their exercise price reduced to 6
cents to align them with the employee options. It seems from my reading of
the annual report that this will be voted on at the AGM.

Disc. Hold Spe and Speob

Cheers,
John
