It is quite simple Steven, how could you be so naieve?   You ignored 
the GTF (Greg Terry Factor) which should be applied to his 
predictions.   You simply take his predictions and and divide his 
projected share price by three.  That should get you to within the 
ball park of 'real value' ;-) SNOOPY
