The Queenstown operation is tiny, only a few "low priced gaming tables" ie
$5 blackjack and pokies. Very casual dress standard. also they sublease out
to several other tenants in this newly developed extention of O'connels
mall, its on the third floor and very central, again looks a very small
operation. As for Adelaide, I have talked to workers from that casino who
are not impressed with SKY management and said it has gone downhill (and
earnings with it as Phil points out)as they roll in the pokies and rednecks.
No longer a nice night out with dress standards going out the window.
The real doubt with this company is most definately the ability for
management to prove themselves outside of Auckland, a v poor showing so far.
Looks fairly good buying currently though based on fundamentals.
