 There was an article ( Lost it ) 
discussing the relaxation of normal US Buyback rules to 
immediately come into effect: I understand that Companies are 
allowed to buyback with no limits 
attached.  
That, and the freeing up of credit ought 
 to reduce  falls in some of the US Indices on the 
first day of trading. However, reports indicate 
that the airline industry and associated companies could get 
hit.
