Great to see that SUB mention today that the American Bureau of Shipping
are performing their final checks this week followed by the Maritime
Safety Authority.  By now these approvals should be a formality, with
operating revenues rolling in shortly thereafter.  It has been a long
process, but hopefully a worthwhile one.
