Gerry - the international expertise and experience at Collection House goes beyond Mr Goranson, the founder of one of Sweden's biggest debt management companies.

 

Collection House chairman , Dennis Punches, is one of the most respected practioners in the field of credit management in the USA. A special area of expertise of his seems to be the utilisation of teleservicing to do a lot of the debt management stuff.

 

Just last month Mr Punches was appointed to the board of Call_Solutions.com.

 

Of interest, and rather surprisingly, is that in the USA there is only one listed true debt management company. Apparently there a few preparing themselves to go public. Has the USA seen what has happened in Australasia?

 

No doubt what Mr Punches has learnt from the successful float of Collection House will be valuable to  Call Solutions if listing is the path they are pursuing..

 

Certainly Collection House has an enormous amount of global experience leading it.

Former Co-Founder, President and Chairman of Payco American Corporation Inc. Brings Global Publicly Traded Collection Teleservices Business Expertise

WAUKESHA, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2001-- George D. Dalton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Call_Solutions.com, Inc. announced today the appointment of Dennis G. Punches to the Board of Directors for the Corporation.

Mr. Punches was one of the entrepreneurs in the United States during the 1960's to grasp the importance of a need for a nation-wide financial teleservices company devoted to the collection of delinquent and defaulted consumer and commercial debts. He co-founded Professional Accounts Service that later became Payco American Corporation Inc., which earned recognition as the largest receivables management corporation in the United States. Mr. Punches served as President of Payco for 26 years and as Chairman for 11 years. Outsourcing Solutions Inc. acquired Payco in 1996.

In 1993, Mr. Punches established the United States/Japan collection operation for American Express. Since 1994, he has served on the board of Intrum Justitia BV, Europe's largest collection agency and since 1997 served as Chairman to Collection House, Limited, one of Australia's leading receivables management companies with offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Collection House went public in October 2000. He was a Board member of Analysis & Technology (AATI), until the Company sold in 1997. He is currently co-Chairman of the International Collectors' Group organization; and Trustee for Carroll College, Waukesha, Wisconsin.
