[sharechat] Setting a new trend in broker recommendations

Great to see HSBC setting a new standard for company evaluations, according
to this article in the BBC "HSBC analysts will now be told to offer as many
'sell' recommendations as 'buy' recommendations"...

The only major US firm I know of that already follows this policy is
Prudential Securities - I wonder if any Australasian brokerage firms will
follow suit with the same policy...??
