Thank you Phil for your article on the home page!

NPAT: $ 59.11 ( + 15.8 % ). Div: 6.25 cents/ share; this, together with the interim dividend amounts to 11.25 cents.( Last year: 10% ). Dividend payable on 19 Oct.

Three properties under construction; when completed, the property portfolio will be $ 90 mill.

Abnormal costs of $ 1.6 mill. and another $ 1 mill. concern consultation work done in connection with a proposed price increase in some activities and resulting court costs , were included. ( Without these costs, the NPAT would have risen by 16.5% ).
