To those readers who applied for a copy of this spreadsheet:

 

1.It is for you to decide to open the attachment I shall be sending you. It is a MS Works spreadsheet. I was given to understand that Excel users cannot open it.

2.Please note that the Disclaimer as set out in my post of 7 August, 2001, time 20.22 hours: ' SPREADSHEET: Market Value of Securities' also applies to the use of this spreadsheet, which I am sending you.

 

3. Suggest, you read the instructions referred to in above mentioned item ( 2 ), carefully. Please note that all necessary formulae have already been inserted, although you may only see a number  0  in a specific formula cell:

 

Try the following: Cell C 7 and Cell D 7, enter number    1       Result: Cells E 7, G 14, G 39 and E 39 all show an increase of $NZ 1.  You can apply this to the ' Australian' and the ' English ' group.
