Nick - irrespective of what your interpretation of ethical is I think that you would have to agree that this giant US company exploited something. Don't know what/who/whatever they exploited but the last few years have been one big gamble for them and this is the result. Ethical behaviour? "For the full year, JDS said it lost a whopping $50.6 billion including all charges, or $46.30 a share. That was some 16 times larger than full-year revenue of $3.3 billion."
