I wrote an item on a possible takeover, refer to my post of June 25, 2001.

 

DAD's takeover was made on the basis of BCH = $ A 9.75, while my number was $ A 10.11.

 

The DAD's price was deemed to be $ A 6.50 against mine $ A 6.45.

 

However, all that is immaterial.

 

DAD is offering 1.5 DAD shares for every 1 BCH share.

PS: Must redo my sums in the light of this offer. One good thing is that BCH holds 9.8 mill DAD shares at present and these would be cancelled, I think.
