Hi Charlie Brown,
What exactly makes you think they are under pressure?
I don't recall any earlier mentions of requirement for 2nd and 3rd round
funding.
Cheers,
John

Has anyone considered ITC's position in relation to having
to provide
further funding in respect of its current ventures ie did
they purchase
their holdings at first round funding with second round
and/or third round
                still due.

With only $8m in the bank and with little ability to
leverage they risk
being diluted in the future (with varying ramifications) if
their
investments require further funding to get them to the next
level(as they
                all do!!).

One gets the feeling that Jeff and crew are under a little
pressure!!
