) That's presuming the value of the businesses operated
by Force goes North...
What if everyone starts renting DVDs and flags away the
Movie Theatre experience?
There is also the consideration of a smaller price
being paid for additional parcels of shares now that they have achieved
control:
==> Think of Lion's latest offer to Montana
shareholders...
Once they have crossed the 51% threshold, the
attractiveness of the remaining shares to other investors (especially
institutions) decreases in a big way.
