Land is constantly revalued due to its
strategic location being used by companies like the warehouse and others. It
also has a large number of tenants inside the terminal.
Based on their earnings and strong outlook, I would
say that their NPAT will be a compound 15% during the next ten years and could
well be even higher, due to the heavy emigration, return visits, parents
visiting their family in Australia, and increasing tourism.
All the land and property there on is owned by AIA
who are spending a lot of money building more.
