[sharechat] Whats cost of transfering share ownership?

I want to give a small number of shares

as a gift. How much will it cost to transfer ownership

from myself to the other person? and how simple is

the process?

It is only a few hundred dollars worth, and wont bother

if the process is going to be costly or complicated
