CDL owns just over 50% of Kingsgate. The apartments have been build over a number of years on "spare land" next to the shopping centre. As far as I know profits of $4.9m (1998 turnover 55.7),$0.5m (1999 6.5) and $13m (2000 turnover $76m) have been realized. Aside from one small possible project the development sales will finish this year and contribute to profit and group turnover one last time.
