PPCS have bought a 49% indirect stake in the 14.66 million shares held by Hawke's Bay Meat, with a future option to take the rest, therefore putting the brakes on any bidding war. Read here for further info.

Anyone know what has happened with this share's price, down around 20% over last couple of days, I thought there was supposed to be a bidding war happening. Maybe I've missed some news.......................
