                          John Pearce, Managing Director and Chief
Executive Officer of the ASX
                          listed company, Collection House Limited,
announced today the
                          appointment of Rob Levison as an Executive
Director of Collection
                          House Limited, the New Zealand fully owned
subsidiary of the
                          receivables management company. Mr Levison
will wor
                          k full-time with
                          Collection House and personally advise the
Chief Executive Officer
                          and Managing Director of the Collection House
group of companies on
                          all relevant New Zealand business matters.

                          Commenting on the appointment, John Pearce
said that it had been made
                          to facilitate the growth of the company's
market segment in New
                          Zealand including pursuing organic growth
through client liaison and
                          development, but also with potential
investment opportunities and
                          strategic acqui
                          sitions in mind.

                          "Rob's strong background in accounting,
stockbroking and general
                          management experience, particularly in the
areas of corporate
                          strategy and equity capital raising, are solid
foundations for
                          Collection House to launch its Auckland based
operation into the New
                          Zealand arena. His involvement in publicly
listed companies is also
                          appealing to the Board of Collection House."

                          Mr Levison has resigned his position as
Executive Director of
                          Spectrum Resources Limited.
                           Prior to his 18-month tenure with
                          Spectrum, he spent seven years with D F
Mainland Forest & Financial
                          Limited as a Director. He is a Chartered
Accountant with a Diploma of
                          Business in Finance, is Chairman of the
Montessori Primary School
                          Education trust and Honorary Chairman of
Corporation Builders New
                          Zealand.
