Interesting...their brag pages say that they got 80% for the own customer
survey and that in future years they are aiming for 85%
I'd like to see what they asked...

Well they cant brag about their customer satisfaction according to Consumer,
where amongst their other 11 electricity co. peers they ranked 8th on 47%!
The survey put this group at the bottom of the service industries!
