AQL are going to issue one billion nine hundred and fifty thousand shares.
5.15mil less 275,000 = 4,875,000 divided by 1950mil = .0025 cents per share. 
Throw in the 2 mil in cash they must find for the deal to fly and the value 
of the  current shares I would say is negligible.
