  Just picked up the AQL announcement which says they are paying 5.15mil
by way of $275,000 cash and 1950million shares ie 1/4 of a cent per share 
and a requirement to have 2 mil cash in reserve prior to settlement for an 
organic products outfit.
Makes 3 cents a share look a tad expensive at the moment!
