On the 29th May CBA sold down there holding in this company from 19% to 17.72% Wonder why??????

PS: The previous stock discussed, CLI, has a 1:9 cash issue @ $ A 3.10, coming up. The $85 mill. proceeds will be used to pay for the English subsidiary, they bought.
