[sharechat] CEN vs CENZ

Can someone please explain why CEN shares are being traded at 288-290 ish, and CENZ shares are still trading at 3.10? Is there a difference that I don't know about? Are some holders being conned into selling their shares at 2.88 instead of 3.10?
