There is cash of $52M. Pay the cash out at 15 cent to all the promoters -
that is the price they got in at - and the balance of cash to be pay out to
minority shareholders. The promoters can have the business for free

Promoters  =>   200M share @ 15 = $30M + existing businesses

Minority shareholders => 50M shares @ 44 c = $22M
