If one wants investment property, then
AIA has it !
No need to worry about any damage
being done by some tenants when one has private property
holdings!
And you will have more time available to
do those things you like doing! No need to worry about accountants either!
And long term holders of AIA would
normally not pay any tax on any increasing
share prices! And, dividends are imputed!
And AIA selects the
best longer term tenants! The Airport is a strategic asset and more
buildings are needed over time!
And, as more tenants are being selected for the
increasing number of custom built properties - which are wholly
owned by AIA - property and land values
have to move up!
This should lead to increasing
rentals! Why look further
?
