CSG announced on 30-4-01 that Trevor Kennedy had resigned from the board of 
CSG.  As per the share prospectus (2000)  Khatz Capital Limited held 3 
million shares  (4.9%) in CSG after listing.  Khatz Capital is "a company 
associated with Trevor Kennedy"  (prospectus).

Perhaps there is a link here??
