[sharechat] CEN broker recomendations

I may be a cynic, but I am wondering why a broker would be giving a sell 
recomendation to a share cum dividend that is trading at the mid range of a 
price specified in a restricted transfer notice EX dividend. Are they honest 
in there recomendations or are they like the broker recomendations in the 
sharechat index very poor or is there a more ulterior motive? Who are the 
brokers acting for Edision Mission Energy? Am I stupid in questioning 
motives? What do other sharechatters think.
