 Tony thanks for that, now in regard to your queries.

1/ IBA is a International supplier of Healthcare Information systems and
e health services

2/ Mainly I get my information from section 205 g announcements to the
Stock exchange regarding changes in directors interests.

i.e. between 23 March 2001 and 4 April  Gary Cohen the Executive
Chairman and associates purchased an additional 1 million shares in
IBA.on market.

also between 26 March 2001 and 30 March 2001 Peter Wise a director of
IBA and chairman of Tag Pacific on behalf of Tag Pacific,... (which
enjoys an incestuous relationship with IBA).... purchased approx.
700,000 IBA shares on market.

I could go on ad nauseum. anyway thanks again for your comments, and if
they get to the top side of 40 cents I will get in touch.... regards
