after the
capital reconstuction you will own exactly the same percentage of the company as
you did before, with some cash in the bank.
The value
the market places on the reconstructed company is as discernable as a black cow
on a moonless midnight, but my memory tells me that the best time to buy (if
that is your intention) is soon after the ex. date before the uncertainty
evaporates.
