Dear Keith

Southern Capital - a tartan mafia classic!.
Good points - Have significant holdings in A2 corp, BLIS, Tasman Agriculture 
- all market performers.  Made a lot of money (3-4 million)out of a property 
deal in Waipara N. Canterbury last year.

Bad points - Haven't yet paid any dividends to shareholders.
Took over non-performer CBD and still paying for it.
Other property deals sluggish.

Peaked at $1.10 last year, then drifted back to <70c this year.  I'd rate it 
a BUY when under 80c, but will need to hold a while until the biotechs get 
going.
