Nufarm intends to buy back 7,717,799 shares back over the
next six months beginning immediately after Easter.  This
equates to some 64,000 shares having to be bought on a daily
basis on both sides of the Tasman.  This would greatly
benefit the share price considering that daily trading
volumes have been pretty low both on the NZSE and ASX. Last
Thursday for instance (the record date for the NUF
dividend), only 15,600 shares on NZSE & 27,800 on ASX were
traded.  70% of shares of the company are also tightly held
and a scrutiny of current market depth on both sides of the
ditch indicate buyers outweighing sellers.
Hang in there, all you Nufarm shareholders. Better times are
just around the corner!
