maybe its the excuse they need to close most of ansetts engineering services 
and do it in New Zealand cheaper the unions will not have a case to fight 
major restructuring and shifting of services after this
Quantas tried to shift some of its engineering trans tasman but got a huge 
subsidy to try queensland instead.
