I am curious as to people's views on Connaught.  My father has had some
information sent to him regarding it after receiving a call from out of
the blue from some chap in Auckland.

They are trying to sell him some software for managing his "share
portfolio" (how do they even know if he has a share portfolio I'd like
to know?), and he is interested in what people with experience in share
tracking software have to say about this product and the people
promoting it.  There hasn't been too much talk in this forum about
software packages, and I only use spreadsheets in Excel so I wasn't able
to supply him with any information of worth.  To date he hasn't looked
into it, and he will absorb some of the information they've sent him
over the Easter weekend.

Any feedback gratefully appreciated.
