Havre always
been a big fan of nufarm although its
recent performance (last year) on the sharemarket
has been rather
bemusing.
I attributed the recent
slide below four dollars to the foot and
mouth epidemic in europe. However todays
announcement seems
very positive, with no mention of that disease, or
any other potential
problems, yet the price is still
falling.
Am
i missing something? Last time i looked j.b.were valued
this company at around 7 dollars a share,
they are widely percieved
as undervalued yet still the price dosent
respond.
Ok
they are in an unsexy industry, they are associated with
farming
in europe where mad cows and sore feet rule the
day, the issue of genetic
engineering of
plants probably also puts people off. However on a
fundamental
level surely these shares are now at a giveaway
price.
