Hi Michael
hopefully local on-line brokers will continue to offer better services
as competition pushes them along.....and pick up features like 'all or
nothing' trades (eliminating partial trades) that off shore web brokers
use.
Limit orders guarantee price, not execution....market orders guarantee
execution, not price.
Mind those market orders..they can do your account alot more damage than
a partial limit fill.  If you venture over to US markets, dont even
think about using market orders.
