Michael,
I'm not sure it's that simple.
Many Maori do in fact speak as Te Ranginui writes. I don't believe writing
like this is necessarily a racist act, especially if the writer is in fact
Maori . This really depends upon the motivation of the writer, and the
prejudices of the reader. 
I have no problem with the posts. The issues raised are always good ones .
I'm intrigued however by your ethnicity Rangi so, come on, let us know ----
are you Maori or not?

Are you guys so ignorant you think Maoris actually speak like this
caricature?  Maybe it was funny the first couple of posts but really the
jokes over, now its just some sad, coward trying to take the pi-- and this
kind of arrogant, rude behaviour just exacerbates racial problems in this
country.  I find it strange that people become so outraged and upset over
posts containing links to adult content but let this kind of racial
incitement pass or actually find it amusing.
