Too late to worry about that now. All the resolutions have passed. I also see that BRY is SUSPENDED from trading on ASX. I wonder why this is as the close out day is still some way off yet.

Two questions seems to stand out to me...

Why consolidate the shares, halving the number on issue, while at the same time asking to be allowed to increase the number of shares by 50%?

And if they want the share price to double, why don't they manage the company properly to get the price closer to NTA?

BRY seem to be wanting a lot of cash - THO sale, CED sale, TAS sell-off of farms - Perhaps they have something lined up.
