Haytt Financial Corporation Ltd. is an emerging, efficient, international apparel manufacturer
and exporter with manufacturing facilities in India. It exports the majority of
its products to North America markets, to major retailers such as Sears Canada,
Moore’s, Macy’s, The Bay, Zellers and Bloomingdales. The company
has one fully operational, 22 000 square foot clothing manufacturing plant in
Bangalor, India, and plans to build and open five more during the next several
years. The first plant, which commenced operation in January 1999, is equipped
with state-of-the –art machinery from Japan and Germany, and has the capacity to
produce 500,000 woven garments and 100,000 dozen of knitwear per
year. This
manufacturing facility is designed to accommodate 350 sewing machines and other
equipment capable of cutting, sewing and finishing garments. At present, 160
machines are installed and in operation, producing various woven and knit
garments for infants, children and adults. These machines are capable of
producing up to 150,000 pieces of clothing monthly. Quality production standards: Hyatt quality
standards meet world-class expectations and the Company ensures its customers
satisfaction is guaranteed. The
factory facilities, standards and systems have been evaluated and approved for
production by Sears Canada, Federated Department stores of New York, The Bay,
Zellers and Cluette Prabody, USA
and Canada. In 2000, Hyatt signed two contract with
Moore’s Canada for the production and shipment of $300,000 in Polo shirts. To
date, Hyatt has shipped $110,000 worth to Moore’s. It also signed a $240,000
contract with Sears Canada for the production and shipment of baby garments. By
the end of 2000, Hyatt has shipped $105,000 worth of the product to Sears. As a
part of this contract, Sears subsequently placed a second order calling for
Hyatt to produce an additional $135,000 worth of baby garments for delivery in
2001. In
addition, the company is negotiating orders to produce quality garments for
internationally regnized firms such as Disney, Federated Department stores,
Hudson Bay Company, Zellers, Wal-Mart, Cluette Peabody, Roots Canada, Reitsmans
Canada, Beyond Basic Kids. # Shares
