Hugh, >From memory I think that the response you got a month or two ago re the relationship between the NTA and the market value of AQL was a generic comment about the value of sharemarket listings generally and not necessarily specific to AQL. Re entrepreneurs, they are hard to stamp out and although opportunists are again evident in this recent "techno bubble" cycle they, as you know, play a key role in bringing opportunities to the market. If the offerings are garbage they are sussed fairly quickly (or run out of cash) but heaven help us if we are limited solely to switching between the market leaders that have driven the NZSE nowhere since 1987.
