The $195 million capitialisation is in fact correct. I definitely think the offer is way
overprice for a company that hasn't even proven it can create a commerically
viable product yet. As revolutionary as the technology is (and it is), they'd pretty
well have to be the next Microsoft to justify $1.00 per share.
I think it's just too high a premium for such a speculative investment. Maybe if
the price drops off a bit once they start trading again on the unlisted securities
market...
