            if they really want to get rid of it i will take it off there 
hands if they pay me US$500,000,000.00 this will still probally leave them 
with a profit from what they got in dividends,special dividends capital 
returns etc. it should be a very good deal for then they ask mr fay & mr 
richwite to contribute

Do you want to buy a run down railway, starved for capital investment, which has never produced a sustained profit for 40 years?

Then call Wisconsin Central. I am sure that the phone in their sell Transrail office won't be engaged.

Please give them a call, as a New Zealand taxpayer I don't want to have to live with the fiscal consequences if some brave punter fails to take on the burden of running New Zealand's railroad.
