Peter,

I did not receive a request sofar.

One would think that normally the Share Registries would sort this out as they had allocated the numbers in the first place!

Perhaps they could not agree?

In my opinion, there could be a problem:

The share holder may have changed the broker or he / she could have had say 2 or more brokers over the years.

An interesting situation could evolve here and these include matters of privacy and perhaps liability, should "things go wrong".

I don't know if perhaps only those numbers from certain companies are involved eg. PFI.

Anyway, nice to hear from you; presumably, the rest is on the beaches!
