I've read the article, phoned David Zwartz and joined the 100+ small
shareholders who have now given him their proxies.

It's about David Zwartz, the small shareholder who managed to block an
increase in Director's fees at last years AGM.

He's now back to try and block another proposed increase, acting as a proxy
holder and spokesman for small shareholders.

I have a feeling that he will not be successful (last year he was able to
block the rise on a technicality) but it's great to see a small shareholder
making a large stand, the sort of action that's reminiscent of the ASA
across the Tasman.
