On that note you have to be aware of:

CS First Boston & Fletcher Forests,
Deutsche Bank & Fisher and Paykel,
UBS Warburg and Genesis Research,
JB Were and Montana (how can they go any higher?)
DF Mainland and RMG?? don't know but a possibility.

Does anyone know who Auckland Airport, Sky City and Warehouse use as their brokers?

I see that Ord Minnett are turning into J. P. Morgan after the Chase Manhattan - J.P. Morgan merger.

Cheers
Phil

Hi Warner,

The problem with these tables is that in the past some brokers (some readers say that they all did it), who had these companies as clients, tended to recommend them, irrespective of the quality.

The 'Herald' should have found out who they were and mentioned them. The readers could then exclude these companie if they wanted to.

It is also possible that some brokers may not have any clients amongst the companies, they mentioned.
In both cases, I consider this sampling as biased!
