I don't know anything about WAM but don't forget the old saying that
where there's muck there's money and plumbers always do very well
don't they.
Providing somethings not morally reprehensible like adult.shop or a casino
why worry what a good company does as long as its well managed and
has the attractive ratios. Don't be squeamish about making money out
of Aucklanders, its like taking candy off children.
