That was a good article.
Unbelievable valuation. To put it in perspective, that one
company is valued at more than twice the amount of our
biggest mkt cap, Telecom, and it has no revenue or profits. At it's height
of $37 billion, it was worth over 50% more than ALL the
companies on the NZSE combined! Therefore, that one company made up
around 0.3% of the valuation of the world's stock markets. I can't
imagine our market ever experiencing those kind of valuations,
although perhaps it would make a nice change. =)
