Annual results could be close, I
think.
Refer to my entry of Nov. 8, where these
options were valued between $ 3.25-$ 4.50.
The option price was then $2.35; it is
now $2.85.
There will be a lot of interest in this company and
much comment can be expected on the effects of a drastic reorganisation coupled
with two very sound takeovers.

> Another company where a massive reorganisation
has taken place; refer to my entry of Nov 4.The successfull transfer of the
110-staff Omanu cutting operation to Rangiuru has only just been
completed.
Therefore, the benefits of this transfer and the
execution of other items on their wish list, will be spread over some years.
That may suit a long term holder.
Depending on the system of hedging, AFF
may have been assisted by the low dollar.
We need to wait for their comments on the
effects of ' that dreadful cow disease ' in Europe.
Till then, it would not be wise to enter in a
debate over any positives outweighing the negatives over the short to
medium term.
We ought to get AFF's annual
result in the perod of Nov.25 to Dec.6.
