Could be interesting battle between two major shareholders - Nufarm 19% and Westralian Farmers Coop 19%. Discussions with interested parties 'at an advanced stage', Futuris also involved somewhere.

Certainly will raise NUF profile and even if they lose will have increased value of their holding.

And who's in the middle - Guiness Peat with a 5% holding.

No doubt Ron will keep everybody honest! ...and make a few million on the way through?
