Hi Suren,

About the exiting transaction cost, I guess that since my shares go up & 
down so much I don't even take this into account anymore. Through Access 
Brokerage I pay 0.6% + trade fee so a $500 sale costs me $6, the low rate is 
due to the large amount of brokerage that I pay in a year.

I don't know if it's underwritten or not, but they only need to raise $600 
000 which is not a big ask.

My advice is don't buy if you're not 100% comfortable.

I've only subscribed for 1000 shares in CACI because the last time I put in 
for a NCM issue that's all I got. This time I'm keeping the rest in cash for 
the first day of listing. So if your quick on the day I'll buy them off you 
for 50c!
