boo.com was running again immediately after it went bust.  The brand name
and software were sold to some USA online shopping mall for a tiny fraction
of development cost.  It is being resurrected in a new business format now.

The original boo had a cash burn of hundreds of millions of dollars.  If
anyone was going to buy success it was them.  It turned out success is a bit
more expensive than they thought.
